Heat Death

Commission for Ashley Wood for an upcoming book (hoorah!), final painting, it ended up taking at least twice as long I'd planned. What can you do? Here's a detail.

Print coming soon.

Absolutly amazing... Composition- the way cosmonauts almost merge with the building- dark graffitis - their quiet "anonymous tragedy" happening on that beautiful location. Brilliant series Jez!

Great job. What`s the size? Wood panel? Lots of questions, lol. Once again, great work.

Yep, you gotta be happy with that one Jez. Is that what you've been working on this time.

Inspiring work. Is it referenced from a shot in Brighton? and how big is the piece?

Incredible!! Thanks for the inspiration, it is very much appreciated. The subtle things going on throughout are great, nice use of limited palette!!

cheers guys, you're all too kind.

Nuno - It's oil on linen and 16" * 38", smaller than the other large cosmo paintings

ev - no it's based on a building here in melbourne, in St Kilda to be more accurate.

once again, thanks guys!

Jeremy, I cam across this today, Ive seen your older stuff, but wow... dont mean to be another annoying learner pleading for help, but If you get the chance on your next painting, could you go through some processess? Ive only now recently realised the importance of mock ups. I love your style and subject, no doubt amazing

hmm, would this happen to be A3 Poster Number 2?

There hasn't been any mention of it, but I'm making a guess here.

I'd love to buy the print when it's available, can I join a mailing list?

Cheers,
Marty
