This ones of the Tarantula Nebula. Here's an expanded shot.

And it keeps going, it is so large as to be essentially inconceivable. It takes just over 8 minutes for light from the Sun to reach the Earth, and 5.3 hours for it to reach Pluto. For light to get from one end of the Tarantula Nebula to other, it takes around 1000 years.
As Douglas Adams said,
'You might think it's a long way down to your local corner shop, but that's just peanuts compared to space.'
